We are inviting people who have been diagnosed with transthyretin-mediated amyloidosis (ATTR) to participate in a 90-minute online journal exercise. The purpose of the journal is to gain feedback on people's experiences with treatment for ATTR.

Those who qualify for and complete an activity will receive $200 as a thank you.
