We are looking to connect with people who have been diagnosed with stage III or IV ovarian cancer to participate in a 20-minute online survey about their experiences to help identify areas where healthcare teams can improve their communication with their patients.

Would you qualify?
If you meet the following criteria, you may be eligible to participate:​

• aged 18 or over

• diagnosed with stage III or stage IV ovarian cancer

• have experience with oral medications such as Lynparza, Zejula, or Rubraca

. Anyone who qualifies and completes the survey will receive $50 as a thank you. All information and responses will remain confidential.
