If you have been diagnosed with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM), or if you are a care partner for someone living with HCM, you may be eligible to take part in one or more ongoing opportunities to share your experiences and insights.

1. 30-Minute Online Survey 

Share your insights and provide feedback on draft materials for a treatment. ​Qualified participants will receive a check for $100. Those who complete the survey may be invited to participate in a followup interview in the future (additional compensation would be provided).

2. 60-Minute Online Interview

Meet one-on-one with a healthcare researcher to share your experiences living with HCM or providing support to someone who has HCM, and your feedback on treatment materials. Qualified participants will receive a check for $125 as a thank you.
