If you have been diagnosed with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM), or if you are a care partner for someone living with HCM, you may be eligible to take part in a 30-minute survey to share your experiences and provide feedback on draft materials for a treatment.​​ Qualified participants will receive a check for $100.

 

Those who complete the survey may also be invited to participate in a followup interview in the future (additional compensation would be provided).
