Senior Project Manager
KIM SLUSHER
As a senior project manager, Kim directly interacts with both participants and clients to ensure all studies operate smoothly and efficiently, from the initial outreach to patient communities to the final participant enrollment.
Kim has been working in communications and marketing for the over 16 years and most recently has spent a significant amount of time working within healthcare communications specifically. She has extensive experience working directly with all types of healthcare professionals including physicians and nurse navigators as well as serving as a liaison to interact directly with patient communities for various initiatives.
For the past several years, she was employed by Atrium Health, formerly Carolinas HealthCare System, one of the largest healthcare systems in North Carolina where she supported strategic growth initiatives for multiple service lines and led campaigns and other initiatives to support patient education. She is an experienced project manager with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Kim has a BS in Communications as well as an MBA with an emphasis on Marketing and Healthcare Management from the University of Texas at Dallas.
