We are searching for people who have been diagnosed with MAC (mycobacterium avium complex) lung disease to participate in 40-minute paid online survey.

The purpose of this survey is to help researchers better understand the impact of MAC lung disease on people's daily routines as well as motivations for making treatment decisions.

You may be eligible to participate if: 

• were diagnosed with MAC within the last 3 years 

• you are over the age of 45 

Those who qualify for and complete the survey will receive a check for $85 as a thank you for participating.
