We are searching for people who have been diagnosed with MAC (mycobacterium avium complex) lung disease to participate in 40-minute paid online survey.

The information gathered from the survey will be used to help researchers gain a better understanding of the impact of MAC lung disease on people's daily routines as well as motivations for making treatment decisions.

You may be eligible to participate if: 

• have had a positive sputum culture within the last 3 years 

• you are over the age of 45 

Those who qualify for and complete the survey will receive a check for $85 as a thank you for participating.
