If your parent has been diagnosed with metastatic hormone-sensitive prostate cancer (mHSPC), you may qualify to participate in a 40-minute online survey. Researchers want to hear about your experiences supporting a loved one living with cancer. Those who qualify and complete the survey will receive a check for $100 as a thank you for their time.

You may be eligible to participate if you are involved (regularly or occasionally) in one or more of the following elements of your parent's prostate cancer care:

• Attending appointments

• Providing emotional support

• Helping with household tasks

• Researching treatment options

• Providing logistical support (transportation, errands, etc.)​​
