Thank you for your interest in the survey to learn more about the experiences of people impacted by Pompe disease. 

 

If you or someone you care for have been diagnosed with Pompe, you may qualify to participate in a 40-minute online survey. The objective of the survey is to learn more about about the impact of Pompe on daily life as well as gain feedback on people's thoughts about treatment options.

Those who qualify for and complete the 40-minute survey will receive a check for $90 as a thank you for participating.
